Questions Before Your First Ride

Not at all. Come a few minutes early and the instructor will help you set up your bike and adjust resistance. You control your own pace the whole time, so you never have to keep up with anyone but yourself.
A single ride is one class, perfect for trying us out or dropping in. Class packs of 4, 8, 12, or 20 lower your cost per ride and are the way to go once cycling becomes part of your routine.
Arrive about ten to fifteen minutes before class, especially your first time, so there's room to get your bike dialed in and settle before the music starts.
Packs are meant to be used over a reasonable window rather than sitting unused forever. Ask us about the terms when you buy and we'll walk you through exactly how yours works.
